Bela has around 50 employees of which the majority are permanent and have been with the company for many years. Our success can be attributed to hard-working employees and our trusted and valuable client base. Our capabilities and experience have allowed us to work on some key projects within the industry including Underground, Cross Rail, airports, bridges, tunnels, highways, commercial and residential sectors.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, the standards we set for ourselves and the impression we leave with our clients has seen us gaining repeat work within the industry and the continued growth of the company through new projects and new clientele.
We offer our services through tendered fixed rate contracts, on measured rates or supply at hourly basis, depending on our clients’ needs to suit the project. We are fully licensed, insured and code compliant within the industry and health and Safety requirements are constantly reviewed. All our Steel fixers and shuttering carpenters have CSCS cards.
All our Steel fixing, and formwork foremen have wide experience and are able to work with our clients to plan ahead ensuring target dates are achieved. The Company and its competent supervision have the experience and resources to undertake the most complex structures, making maximum use of any possible opportunities that might exist to prefabricate reinforcement.
